Safe Steps Respite is a respite services provider based in New South Wales, supporting individuals and families across South Western Sydney. We provide safe, comfortable, and welcoming respite accommodation designed to meet the needs of both children and young people and adults, offering families and carers peace of mind while participants enjoy a positive break away from their usual environment.
We offer Short-Term Accommodation (STA), Specialised Substitute Residential Care (SSRC) and Medium-Term Accommodation (MTA) for NDIS participants with approved funding, as well as respite accommodation for individuals and families who require a break outside of the NDIS.
Our accommodation is wheelchair accessible and suitable for participants transitioning from Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), stepping down from hospital, or simply needing time away from home. We also offer accommodation-only respite, with no direct supports, for those who just need a safe place to stay.
